We are graphic design and web development studio. Within our portfolio we offer a range of services including web design, web development, eCommerce solutions, bespoke and open-source CMS, web application development and mobile application development. We are currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic Programmer to join our team.

You will be working closely with creative professionals to produce solutions that are in line with both design requirements and technical functionality. The role requires expert development skills and a solid understanding of user-centred design principles.

You will require a relevant qualification, and demonstrate a passion for problem solving and investigating the latest technologies. In order to be suitable, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience with PHP, jQuery, MySQL, HTML(5), CSS
• Knowledge of open source and other CMS (with ability to develop on the backend, not just installation of premade packages)
• Willingness to learn new tools and APIs as needed; some experience a plus
• Experience in bringing projects from start to completion
• Understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to communicate these clearly to colleagues and clients.
• Experience in working with graphic designers
• Ability to work alone and independently 

You will be a thoughtful, articulate person who can work as part of a team and enjoys direct contact with clients and associates.  You will be required to work on a variety of new projects we are currently delivering and also feel comfortable getting involved with recommendation and delivery of enhancements to the user experience of existing platforms.

Salary is dependent on the skills and experience you have to offer. We require a minimum of 24 hours working week; however, full-time employments is preferable.
